Our Strength lies in our-expanding inventory of high quality yet cost-efficient parts. Having fully computerized inventory control system together with the wide range of products you will have immediate access to whatever parts you need and whenever you need it. We are able to supply more than 25000 different parts for different heavy machinery and adding new parts based on customer regular requirements.
Our inventory covers all range of replacement spares applicable for all models of equipment manufactured by TEREX / CAT / BEML / L&T / HITACHI / KOMATSU / JCB / VOLVO / ATLAS COPCO etc.
The range includes engine and transmission parts, chassis parts, seals and gaskets, rubber parts, hose assys, needle and ball bearings, hardwares and ofcourse under carriage parts.

Past, Present and Future

History

 As a one man army started by Shri Motilal Nahar in the year 1972, with an aim to cater to the mining industry, who where finding it  difficult in sourcing parts from the OEM market for their heavy earth moving equipment.

In the due course, BOTCO contacted many Indian vendors who were supplying spares to OEM Manufactures in India with foreign collaboration, such as KOMATSU  and WABCO with BEML, and  L&T and TEREX with Hindustan motors(now caterpillar) and procured spares from them and started supplying to end users at minimum margin.

To bring down the customers huge inventory we introduced a system of rate contract for supply of spares off the shelf from BOTCO’S inventory.

In appreciation towards the relationship and the best services rendered to the customers they also awarded maintenance contract for their fleet of mining equipment. We pay attention to cost reduction, Quality improvement of innovations being adapted by the OEM suppliers to the HEMM user, inductive to go with the quality benchmark at competitive prices.

Having obtained certification of ISO 9001-2015 for quality management system, presently serving to almost all major Govt. Corporate and mining Organisation in the field of Cement, Coal, Steel, Chemical, Iron ore, Paper, Lignite, Aggregate, Etc. Also have marketing representatives and offices country wide.
BOTCO’s future depends on, one side the satisfied customers growth, and on the other side to expand business tie ups with potential overseas manufacturers in this field, of course with a vision to quality and reduction in cost aspect In the long run, it means greater productivity and the longer your equipment runs, the less attention it needs by usage of our quality spares and ultimately your operationbecomes more profitable. In due course, we have plans to export parts to our neighbouring countries with a vision to cater them genuine replacement parts.
